This is a great family run restaurant with a terrific menu. There's something on the menu for everybody. I had the Caribbean shrimp last night, which was absolutely amazing. Portions are nicely sized and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. By the way the chips and salsa are terrific. It's the best salsa I've ever had. You can tell there's a lot of care and attention put into all the menu items by a local family experienced in the restaurant business. Bravo!
Had a birthday celebration dinner take out from Latin Fuzion and it was so good! I ordered the fajitas and we also tried the mushroom buffalo chicken quesadillas, and the shrimp fajitas and they come with rice, chips, peppers and tortillas! They were all very tasty! We also had their flan and Dulce de Leche cheesecake and they were both amazing! However I loved the flan! It was so creamy and not too sweet so it had the perfect balance of sweetness! I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for some Latin food!! The place is very clean and they were very nice and brought the food out to our car! It is a little pricey for the type of food they sell but it is Long Island after all! I'm so used to having Latin food at way cheaper prices in Miami!
Delicious tacos, wings, tortillas, sauce drinks and ambience. Kind of like a quick eatery slash takeout but it totally worked for our group of 11 last weekend! Food was delicious and the margaritas were great!
They have the best bean and cheese burritos, vegetarian chili, and Sangria!! Besides that it's a local family owned business who have an invested interest in the community. What more can someone ask for you ask? Their tres leches cake, when available, is to die for!!
The staff were friendly. Minimal seating inside but ordered a margarita and sat at the bar. Margarita was pretty good. The food for me was fresh and clean ingredients but lacking some flavor. The chicken verde was just dumped verde sauce on top of shredded chicken they could add sour cream and beans or something. Good but room for improvement.
First off I must say food was AMAZING ! I had arroz con pollo and it was perfect, my husband got a steak amazon and completely loved it. The service was beyond amazing it's like we were at home. MarIan's, the young lady in the front was so sweet and patient taking our order, helped us decided what we wanted to eat and suggested some popular dishes but I had to try the Arroz con pollo. I will most definitely be back to try the carne asada since my husband raved so much about their steak ! Thanks for a great and pleasant dinner.
This is a restaurant not to miss, and by the way, they do a very busy take out business. You can eat at the counter, or select a table for your meal: We always choose the counter. The owners, Justo and Vicki provide excellent service, noting that in my experience, everything is cooked to order, very fresh. You can be certain. that whatever you pick off the Menu, it will be very tasty..the last thing you will worry about is the price of he food, albeit moderate in my opinion. In addition to the usual sodas, etc., Latin Fusion now offers cocktails, beer and wine. I tried their Margarita and was very pleased. Another thing I just found out, in their upstairs, they have a dining room that will seat about 25 people. Except for the times that he helps out with the counter, Justo does the cooking, and he and his staff have that nailed. So the next time you hear the catchy tune "Guantanamera" in your head, put on your zapatos and head in down to Latin Fuzion, as I do, whenever I find myself in Southhold (North Fork of LI) and I have the need for hand prepared, fresh and original Mexican food. In closing, go to their website and check out the menu....don't hesitate to order food to go for 1 person, to the whole family. And while you are at it, experiment with a tasty dessert.
The tostada salad topped with shrimp was good and would be having that again. The chicken in green salsa was too salty and for a pickup item, I'd recommend getting it on the side. Overall I'd recommend this place to get your Tex-Mex fill in Southold!
